The cost is £165.00, for 3 hours minimum hire (extra time £43 per hour). 

 

Hall Availability:

Saturday 3 Hours (minimum)     

½hr set-up – 2-hour party – ½hr clear-up and vacate

Booking time slot: 13:00 – 16:00

 

Sunday 3 Hours (minimum)             

½hr set-up – 2-hour party – ½hr clear-up and vacate

Booking time slots: 13:00 – 16:00

 

Cost £165.00

 

£60 deposit is required for the key for the unlikely event that any damages occur during your use of the hall.  ALL PARTY RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED OFF THE PREMISES AND NOT LEFT IN ANY BINS, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE HALL.

If you would like to proceed with a booking, please forward your full contact details, to our Parish Administrator.  A confirmation invoice, with the full terms and conditions of hire, will be issued in due course.

 

Once you receive your invoice/contract, please read this carefully, sign and return with the payment of the hall and the key deposit (£60) which is payable in CASH when you collect the hall key, usually the week before the party.  All is explained in the invoice and the booking document.
